Description: An original oil painting on canvas, signed by the artist lower right and dated there October 1948. This is an early work by Ray Evans from the time he was a student at Heatherley’s School of Fine Art in London under Iain Macnab. The painting is on a Winsor & Newton’s, London canvas which we have had cleaned and lightly restored. An image of the reverse of the canvas is with the listing. We have also had a new frame made for the work, as pictured.
