Title: Drying Nets

Description: An original painting in watercolour on clay coated paper which was then varnished, a technique unique to F Donald Blake. It gave his watercolours far greater ‘wall presence’. This work is signed by the artist lower right and although not dated we think it is probably from the late 1960s or the 1970s. The painting is in very good original condition. The frame has a grey coloured mount and is in reasonable condition although there is some wear and tear to the finish along the left hand edge of the frame.
