July 2023 update

Our website has been updated with seven new works. This includes an excellent mixed media painting by John Emanuel (b1930), an oil on board from 1972 by Padraig MacMiadhachain (1927-2021) from his time in the Canary Islands, the first of two etchings by Eileen Cooper, RA (b1953), another work by the Scottish artist James Thomas Ferguson (1924-2013), a mixed media painting from 1962 by Roy Turner Durrant (1925-1998), a red chalk drawing from 1925 by Frank Dobson, and finally a large watercolour from 1939 by the sculptor, printmaker and painter, Leon Underwood (1890-1975).

Other works in the pipeline include a further etching by Eileen Cooper, RA, an oil on canvas of a Thames/Docklands scene by Ray Evans, plus further work by Lynn Chadwick, Peter Oliver, James Hull and more.

You may have noticed that we have recently rebranded our sister website, RetroSixty, under the new name of ‘Nick Waters Affordable Art’. The website will continue to offer good quality, predominately Modern British works at under £750.
